Movement guides

25 movements. One rule each.

Every movement the camera counts, with the phone position that reads it best, what closes a rep, and what makes the counter wait. The same catalog as the app, in the same order.

Air Squats

Whole body in frame, feet on the floor visible. Any phone height works as long as the hips and knees stay in the picture.

WHAT GETS COUNTED

Stand, sit down, stand back up. The cycle closes when you return to standing.

Keep the phone still, leave room for the whole movement, and light the scene from in front of you. The app checks the frame before the set starts.
