Where to put the phone

Face the phone so the stacked hips and the supporting arm are both visible.

Face the phone. This movement reads best when both sides of the body are visible at once.

What banks time

Time banks while the hips stay lifted. Letting the hip touch the floor stops the clock.

What makes the counter wait

Rolling the chest toward the floor changes the posture and can pause the hold until you are back.

One tip

One side per set.

After the set

Every set ends with the same recap: seconds held, time, the longest run, pauses, whether the second half held up, and the camera angle the phone actually saw. Technique detail is measured for the recap and never used to refuse time. Why we count and do not grade →
