These Terms govern your use of the Strikt website and iOS app. By using Strikt, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Strikt. Live race video requires you to be at least 18 years old.
Fitness And Health Notice
Strikt is a training and fitness technology product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or workout is safe for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and seek professional medical advice when appropriate.
Accounts
You may need an account to use app features such as history, leaderboards, social surfaces, subscriptions, or competitions. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing monthly or yearly Strikt Pro subscriptions. Eligible users may receive a seven-day free trial on the yearly plan; the monthly plan does not include that trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and a subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. The price and terms shown at purchase control, and Apple handles billing and eligible refunds while RevenueCat manages entitlements.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Strikt, interfere with the service, attempt to forge scores or leaderboard results, scrape or reverse engineer protected areas, upload, stream, or transmit harmful content, impersonate others, or use Strikt in a way that violates law or the rights of another person.
Live Race Video Conduct
Head-to-head races may include optional live video between you and your opponent. Live race video and Replays require you to be at least 18 years old. The live video call is not recorded by Strikt. If you have turned Replays on, your own iPhone saves its own picture of your side of the race, which only you can watch back.
Strikt has zero tolerance for nudity, sexual content or conduct, harassment, threats, hateful behavior, or any illegal activity on live video. Violations result in immediate suspension of video access and may result in account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the competent authorities. After each video race both athletes complete a short conduct check-in; knowingly false or bad-faith reports are also a violation of these Terms.
Competitions And Results
Scores, form feedback, rankings, leagues, and other performance outputs are product features, not official athletic adjudication. Strikt may correct, hide, or remove results that appear abusive, fraudulent, technically invalid, or harmful to the community.
Ideas And Community Content
Strikt Lab lets eligible signed-in athletes propose product ideas and vote on published requests. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Do not submit personal or health information, contact details, links, spam, abusive or hateful material, illegal content, or content that infringes another person's rights. You can report a post and hide future posts from its author.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Strikt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, summarize, and use that content to operate and improve Strikt. We may edit its category or roadmap status, decline publication, hide or remove it, merge substantially duplicate requests, and preserve a limited moderation record where reasonably necessary. Votes are product signals, not a promise that a feature will be built. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other athletes, or create legal exposure for Strikt, and we may remove content associated with a violation. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Intellectual Property
Strikt, the app design, software, brand assets, and related content belong to their owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owner; Strikt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX.
Disclaimer
Strikt is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or perfect accuracy of computer-vision output.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strikt and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring disputes before the courts of your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Strikt evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
