Is Strikt a HYROX app?

Strikt is built for functional fitness and hybrid race preparation, and it counts the bodyweight work between the stations. It does not track the stations themselves.

What it counts

Air squats, push-ups, lunges, burpee-style squat thrusts, jumping jacks, core and holds: the bodyweight volume that fills the weeks between races. Every one of the 25 movements is counted by the camera, with a best pace kept per movement.

What it does not

Sleds, SkiErg, rowing, carries and loaded wall balls or sandbag lunges are not phone-trackable from a stationary camera, so Strikt does not pretend to count them. Log those with the tool built for them.

Where it helps a race build

Energy sizes each day from your night and your recent sessions, so a hard week does not turn into a dead one. The three daily breaks keep volume up between sessions. Races against friends use the same camera count on both sides, which makes them a fair benchmark rather than a self-report.

Affiliation

Strikt is not affiliated with HYROX or its organizers. Official race results are the benchmark; Strikt is the daily bridge between them.
