Who is behind the Journal
Behind Strikt is a 28-year-old in Italy with a simple idea: let the phone handle the count and give your attention back to the set. The Journal shares the thinking behind this independent project: practical guides, product choices, and questions worth discussing.
The Journal is published by Strikt editorial. Our guides and comparisons reflect the perspective of the app’s creator. A Strikt byline does not imply an independent review or a health professional’s endorsement.
Where the information comes from
We check product details against the app and its documentation. Comparisons link to the other product’s official information. Articles that discuss research link to their sources and distinguish an observation from a proven result. Prices and availability can vary by country; check the provider before buying.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research, draft, edit, and maintain the site. We label the publisher honestly and do not invent interviews, reader stories, testimonials, or research. AI assistance does not make a claim true: sources and the limits of the evidence still matter.
Small experiments, clear limits
Our experiments are invitations to notice your own routines. They are not personalized exercise programs, clinical advice, or promises of a particular result. Seven days of notes, for example, cannot establish cause and effect or show that a habit has formed.
Your experience stays yours
Questions and newsletter replies go to a private inbox. We ask for explicit permission before quoting or identifying someone. We do not turn private support requests, workout records, or diagnostics into community stories.
Dates and corrections
Publication dates show when a story first appeared. We change the update date when the content changes meaningfully. Short notes stay short; reading times follow the actual text. If you spot a mistake, email strikt.support@gmail.com with the page and the detail we should revisit.
