Where Fitness+ is stronger
If you want to be coached through a class, Fitness+ offers a broad range of workouts, including yoga, cycling, strength, and dance. You can follow a trainer on screen without owning an Apple Watch; adding a compatible watch brings personal metrics to the experience.
Where Strikt is different
Strikt focuses on camera-counted sets. The counter reads supported movements, and the recap reflects the reps it detects. It is a different experience from following a trainer on screen; camera framing and tracking quality still matter.
- No wearable required. The camera is the sensor.
- The recap records what happened: reps, time, pace, pauses, camera angle.
- Energy sizes the day from a check-in and, if you connect it, Apple Health.
