This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it. It applies to the STRIKT app on iPhone and Android (published as STRIKT, strikt.fit).
Delete your account in the app
- Open the STRIKT app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm.
Deletion starts at once. Your account is disabled immediately and you can no longer sign in with it. The data linked to it is then removed in the background.
Delete your account without the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot open it, email privacy@strikt.fit from the address you use for STRIKT, or include that address in your message. Use the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address, age and other profile answers, and profile picture.
- Your workouts and sets.
- Your replays and their tracker records.
- Your race and group history, and your gym bros.
- Your feedback, product ideas, votes and reports.
- Your push notification tokens.
- Your movement-diagnostic traces.
- Tester and subscription records that STRIKT holds about you.
What may be kept
- Purchase records that Apple, Google or RevenueCat keep for tax and legal reasons.
- Anonymous aggregate analytics, which do not identify you.
- Limited records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
- Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions on iPhone or your Google Play subscriptions on Android, or you may keep being charged.
